No. 4 Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Kingswood 4, No. 1 Calumet 1
Nathan Hooker, Jack Wineman, Isaac Cheli and Ty Esterline all scored as nine players each tallied a single point to lead Cranbrook (14-4) to a team victory. It was Cranbrook's 10th MHSAA championship and its first since 2015. Julian Zvyagin earned the victory in goal. Box score

Jared Switzer score the game-winner at the 4:12 mark in overtime for the Rams. It was his second goal of the game. Mid-Michigan held a 3-0 lead before Rockford scored the next four goals. Holt tied the game late to send it to overtime. Carson Korte, Andrew McPhee and Justin Lemonds added goals for the Rams. Nolan Smith earned the win in goal, making 20 saves. Box score
